when i run the game from a fresh system startup after hitting the multiplayer button i get a black screen for 2 mins before i get the flagship thing.

it also takes like 3 mins to then log in and get into the game, wtf is up with that? also recently i can't even get into any games it just freezes during the loading stage, my computer isnt freezing its just the game since i put the shut down button on my case and it closes the game and proceeds to shut down normally. i got this game today and have been playing it fine so far.
specs are as follows

e8400 dual core 3ghz
hd3850 256mb gfx card
2gb ddr2 ram
64bit vista

i think i need more ram since its a loading issue and vista already uses like 1.3gb just to run the os doesnt it? :\

might buy another 2gb tomorrow any suggestions as to why this could happen? this computer plays css and cod4 on high settings just fine.

i also got pretty bad framerates in the game even with some stuff on low/medium :\ i didnt think this game was so graphic intensive.

ur comp specs are better than my laptop and i run it fine....

more ram / new Vcard / no vista ! / --------or new comp_______

but also update ur drivers / mayb update ur bios if u can / any program will slow your f/r some so make sure to close everything can b4 playing . turn ur settings down in HGL? / is ur card overheating ? / do u clean/defrag ur comp ?

I hated using vista and running hellgate together with just 2gb ram, I put in 2 more gb and I love it, alt-tab is a split second now and I can also run multiple programmes in the background too, I should think 2gb more ram will fix this or even 1 will do fine.

Run a anti-virus, defrag your pc.

@ those thinking its vista/software all my other games work fine its just this.

if anything vista running at 64bit will play this game better than your pathetic 32bit xp, my box>your box.
