stats it MUST have:
-60+ ignite (maybe a lil lower if other stats makes up for it)
-10+ AA (or at least 2 of the individual preferred ones)
Optional stats include
- MM use rate (preferred)
-10+stam
-13+acc (preferred)
-13+will (preferred)
-%hp
-shield pen
