So im building a pvp evoker and am totally stuck with what too do..

I was thinking of using:

arc legion: (10/10)
Tempest: (7/10) (-3 cause i got an item with +3 tempest)
Bone shards (10/10)
Blink (7/10) - Will be around 5 sec use of rate, good vs charge spammers
Arcane shield (1/10)
Dual focus (7/7)
Concentrated damage (1/1)
7 random skills too get the rest (7/7)

I was wondering if this was a good build or not, u might think about, why not take venom armor, but i'm not sure if melee'ers will get too me
Can anyone give me good suggestions about pvp skills such as spectral curse, if its worth taking, or drain life or anything, i rly need too know something, i'm confused.
