I am a sub, I am going to buy a guild herald and make a guild? Is it that easy, just click it and make it, or do I need a certain number of people?

Also, do you have to be a subscriber to JOIN a guild?

Yeah its that easy, right click on it and name it .
And NO you dont have to b a sub to join guild.
