What is the benefit of a rush, you will be low level in a higher level act. Can someone explain how to level up at a higher act such as abbadon and level from like 1-20 there.
Also how much do rushes cost on average, fg or palla.

imo you're better off questing with someone, the xp with monsters > 5 lvls+yours is too low to merit.

kill lots quick at ~3lvls > yours for quickest xp.

Most people also just rush to stonehenge, it seems to be the easiest to level.(Templar Base/station)

Stonehenge spawns at exactly your character level so you can go there all day and level. It goes pretty quickly if you can set it up with a high level char to kill, have another char about 4 levels above you to spawn, and get a full party.

But it's still pretty good with just you and the hi lvl guy running. Vince got me from 27 to 40 in about 5 hours. Be nice if HGL had a chaos sanctuary, but unfortunately the xp penalty for monsters way above/below you is 100%. I was doing normal abby runs and when I got like 5 or 6 levels above him I got 0 xp off him.
