no finally got it figured out but getting the reference number was a big problem. there was 5 zeros in a row then 20 and he was tellin me like 4 zeros then 6 then i thought he was telling me 2 more zeros but he was saying 20. it took me fucking 20 minutes to get the goddamn reference number lol. why do they put fuckin gooks to talk to americans....
