i joined a few occy runs that had 5x occy spawn at once every time. i wouls like to know how to do this.

kill furuncle, quester enters instance, kill furuncle, quester enters instance, repeat

have everyone outside town somewhere, even the one that's going to kill the furuncle

then you go to furuncle kill furncle then have everyone port in

if someone is somewhere else it won't work, all had to come from same instances, and outside of town.
