Able to get stun on fire wep? or only the physical dmg?

if you have a mod with "+% phsyical damage" and a mod with + stun effect in the gun you can get it

Keep in mind, though, that if you don't concentrate on an effect with mods and such to get a high attack strength, your attack strength will be weak and at high level monsters you won't get the effects to proc very often.

This can be assisted by some skills, though, of course.
