So I pretty much just started playing and was blasting some foo's when I found this legendary weapon. Being a former WoW player i thought it was sweet, but then i realized this isn't WoW. So is this worth anything or what?

the "legendary" prefix is only the grade of item, all it does is signify how many mods the item will spawn with when you id it, so although legendary are usually better than the lower grade of items, just because something is legendary does not make it good

the increase damage by 19% is a good mod, but the damage on high rate of fire weapons like that is so low (9-10), 19% doesnt help much.
richochet is a good marksman skill and the bonuses to crit chance make that an ok rifle for you to use until you find something better, but its not worth trying to sell or anything
