I guess that there is probably a compare contrast hellgate vs diablo 2 somewhere .... cant find it tho.. .can anyone give a good link with a comparison to each?

Also, is it like diablo in most basic aspects? just level up, go through normal, nightmare, hell, get good items, and pvp... kinda thing? There is no end goal right? when you get to 50, just find the best items, then pvp all day? something like that?

PvP isn't that developed at the moment but more patches are comming that will hopefully fix that.
Other than that your post is bang on. You go through norm and nm then you mf (called farming) the bosses and try to find good items.

the pvp isnt as developed as d2? i think d2 is not that developed either... you just go hostile and fight with people.... thats the only thing... what can be less?

and are there like, other more in-depth comparisons made that i can look at?
