Here's what I plan on using once I find a second +3 Multishot weapon.

I have Beacon 3 and Tactical Stance 3 on my Lees, which fills those out to 10.

I maxed these skills and they work great id say a perfect set heres the list im at work so i dont have a pic ill list
max all beacon skills
max all tactical stance skills
max dead eye
max ricochet
max reflected shot

i dont have them all maxed yet but at the lvls i have them on work great to max all theys skills out ull need to be lvl 70 then use the rest after that put in the rapid shot skills
