can you tell us how much it cost without the extra so we can have some kind of price range to look for in leveling?

umm i just used his char to do the lvling
most of it was decent so with afew upgrades it went well

Well i gave over since hes a friend and gave me a sweet deal.
But i paid 400 for necropolis finish norm and run to millenium battle.
He got me 4 levels.
