As far as I know, nothing at the moment. Probably a feature that will be in use in future patches where you buy stuff or whatever for your AP.

At the moment nothing. There's speculation that AP will be used by subscribers to purchase bonuses.

It's be said that they will implement Achievement Rewards, in which one may use his Achievement Points to purchase/trade for Rewards. Now...what these Rewards are, they did not specify, nor specify when it'll be implemented or for whom (Sub only or for all).

Edit: This was back in Beta. Achievement Rewards was announced back then for subscribers only, along with stuff like shared stash (still MIA), and Elite mode. But as we know, Elite Mode is now available for all, so perhaps Rewards will be too? Who knows....
