What is the difference between these two mods?
For example u can get +12% crit chance multiplier
or +3% crit chance bonus...

Whats the difference?

+% crit adds that number directly.
+% crit multiplier multiplies your crit chance by whatever that number is.

If your Critical Chance = 20

+3% Critical Chance = 23%
3% Critical Chance Multiplier = 20.6%
