ok well i just bought/downloaded this game, it looked as if i had fine requirements, so i downloaded and when i finally could play, i click on the play thing and then when screen was coming up, there was a ding noise or somethign like that when an error pops up, no error comes up and HGL starts to load/play but i hear the sound but its just a black screen. i looked on the website and it said download latest direct X - did that
and it also said get latest graphic driver - did that. still isnt working, anyone know about this?

what video card do you have

Check your video card, and also make sure msn/aim stuff like that another game and limewire or programs like that arent running, maybe that will help!

Hellgate london should be run without stuff running with it, unless you have a really good computer, Like mine Kidding.

msn and bearshare are always onl when i play not a problem for me but i suggest do not play while installing or downlaoding things (to many) had that to few days ago
