ok so i was doing this quet

i couldnt kill the boils for some reason
so i jumped all over them

then i killed occulus

then my friend told me i had to kill all the boils with the cleaner
i was like OMFG
so i did

then i found out i didnt have to.. i coulda just jumped over them
so yeah

I thought you had to kill all of them

That took me a long time too

That and the huge dude with the pylon arms wandering around crushing shit where you have to use the little cannons to get him to shrink before you can hit him

You got a lucky instance, in general the boils will block the path too much to be jumped, also only way to kill furuncle is with the cleanser, so GG if you don't have one and wanna do occy runs without being a leecher!

hehe there is a trick for this

if you have a buddys whos past that area asking him to backdoor occy

meaning have him come through the monument side to angel passage right at the fungal just clear a bit of teh boils away and start taking the hp down on the fungal

take 3 mins instand of 10 mins lol.

does occy drop good items? and does it give good exp? im lvl 20... so is the exp good?

yea, not too bad. But you are better off imo leveling up and doing aba runs.

yes you have to kill furuncle with the cleanser
you can kill occulus with standard weaponry though

the quest is really really long if you are at a high level disadvantage compared to the boils, they take forever to kill with damage reduction that comes from level difference

i coulda swore i killed it with my rifle, i guess that was just the occy dude with the eyeballs flying at me.
