not really sure what i did but anyone ever have this problem or know where i can go to find out why ive been banned and what i cant do to resolve it ?

got ahold of one of my old pals that worked on blizz north team and is now one of the flagship support members.... he did me a small favor, i couldnt be "unbanned" but he can change it to a minor suspension....7 days and im back.
