I have one - not sure on stats..
However, you can't trade sub-only items currently...they're supposed to fix the bug in 1.0

its not all the sub only items. You can trade them, just some of the are bugged.

well the phoenix is bugged - i couldnt show my friend it in the trade window when i found it
