How to Install the Files

Not Working…

If you followed the steps above, but your character went straight to the "Create New Char" screen, that means you don’t have the latest Single Player version installed. Please Update it.
Only works on Single Player

To update your HGL, simply click on your HGL icon; a launcher will open, wait for a few seconds until the option "Update Single Player" appears, and follow the instructions.
Nightmare Difficulty Mode

Unfortunately we didn’t manage to bring them to the Nightmare difficulty. We are working on it on this very moment.
Does it Work on Retail Single Player?

It doesn’t work on the Retail version of the game, you must download the latest update from the HGL launcher. For more information, please go to the official www.HellgateLondon.com.

humm i followed directions, launcher updated and everything but when i go to the save folder theres only multiplayer

edit: nvm aparently there was more updates

2nd edit lol: also, you have to have first created a character in single player for there to be a single player folder in the save folder

any idea what happens when one does a single player update and this info is still in the files?

nothing i updated and patched with this info in there..and until i did the chars just dont show up
