a helm whit 23 shields on it but no further notice or a helm whit no shields on but has 7str +4wilpower and health reg ?
i think the second but not sure for the shields :/

shields help relatively little.. i prefer +stats

but depends on what u play ofc

i play bm whit mainly skils: aura of power/surge of restoration/andsword of reckoning

attack speed and +atris should be best for u then, and extra armor mabe, since BMs tend to die all the time without.

and for that dieing part i got surge of restoration almost max i dont die easely or it hast to be on bosses (or full party and i go alone )

atributes, like str,agi,stam,wp

Better to try it and find out for yourself or I can see you asking questions like this throughout your hellgate gaming life as it seems you only just started going by the items you mentioned.
