so im a subscriber now...how or where do i get a pet.

dunno, im subs too but i dont have a pet.

you don't get a pet for being a subscriber. There are 3 known pets so far (please correct me if I'm wrong). one is a flying bird thingy that Founders get. There's a PC Gamer's Coconut Monkey, which requires a code from the magazine (November's issue). And one for the Halloween event, a Zombot.

4th one = limited edition box of hgl [aka collectors edition]

Sub gets u no pey only way was collectors box or 1 the magizens

collecters addition of game= mantawraith or something like that. (flying thingy)
pc gamer magazine = the monkey type pet.
zombot was supposed to be subscriber only but they ended up releaseing it for all to find and assemble.( now gone for ever)

I'm sure subscribers will get more chances for future pets to hunt for the parts to assemble them. now we have a cube, has any one figured out warts leg?
