After reading several guides i still cant make my mind up between my main aura and surges for my elite Blade Master.

Currently i was planning to take Aura of Power (AoP) + Surge of Restoration (SoR)
(to keep using my special skills cause the higher HP mobs in elite + some extra healing)

But since this is elite and not normal im not sure if i will need those 2 later on in the game.

Anyone tested a Zeal aura (AoZ) + surge of wraith (SoW) A crit build in other words.

Note: i only need input from Blade Masters that played on ELITE.
obviously the crit build is better in normal, but im not sure if this is as viable on elite.

well..i ddont payl elite but use mana aura +soj

its the best...believe me..and try to get a nodachi with +skills to holy warrior..

What about the surges, are you using the healing one or the Crit %?

Ive readed that the healing surge is also based on your health pool, does it get really good at end game ?

And planning to max Soj yep, and 1 into wirlwind.

ye its nice + u have to put it in left mouse..12 secs and with a nodachi +holy warrior its 16secs..but dont skill holy warrior..to much waste of skillpoints

5 roundhit ( dunno right name, but its the skill between soj and ww )
1 sor +1 attack for pvp mostly, but works also fine in PvM

39skills - so u got 10 left...

You only suggest 1 in surge thats pretty odd...since you mostly fight packs of mobs and its always active

And wirlwind only increases movement speed after lvl 1, so dont see the point of skilling it any further.

yep it increases the whirlspeed = more hits

the aura difference is low - lvl 1 2xx life regen per minute and lvl 10 400~

so 3 life per second more and u wasted 9 skillpoints..

dont skill to ww get a allrounder nodachi with 1 skill to sweepstrike/ww, +1charge would make it perf (save total 6-7 skills)
aop 3-5 already enugh

sword typhoon max
this range attack is amazing (only if u max it)

edit: dont play elite with bm, but typhoon works really fine @ nightmare norm mode

u cant controll typhoon well and not every shard hits..ofc i forgot matched blades...8 skills - no way out there.

i like ww a lot - most vs endbosses...in the time when u make ww u recover ~200mana and can after that spam soj again.

works fine for me. i have no probs with my hardly crap skilled BM @ act4 NM

Surge of Wrath is great for dealing out crit's imo

Restorations healing rate is to slow later on.
