Evasion isn't a class skill. It was mentioned in the developer's chat, and from what I got out of their answer, it gives a chance to dodge an attack. I'm not sure, Why it says +3 instead of 3% though.

not really a big deal its not that great

+1 evasion give + X % to block/dodge * call thats whatever u like.. *
