Summon Warper
Master of the Elements
Spectral Strike
Master of the Flame
Summon Fire Elemental
Summon Spectral Elemental
Summoning Circle

Also any gear with (most of the following) + Summoner Skills / +% Minion Damage / +% Minion Health / +AA / +Willpower

I have 2x Master's Hands from pre 0.6 patch (can be upgraded to lower feed requirements significantly). I sold one a couple days ago for 55K, so will take 150 fg or 50K elite pal for each.
