if you mean bomb as an suck it wont since blizzard knows how to make games. they will do many server maitnences when it first starts and will try to get it stable. balanced? i dont think so since WoW still has balancing issues. but when you balance a bunch of things some things come out to look unbalanced.
if you mean bomb as an destroying hellgate. then either hellgate will 1: be totally gone when d3 comes out or 2: being rebuilt by namco bandai.

Hmm....I thought that as well, until I started playing again. It seemed empty at first, but once I got back into it it wasn't so bad. The game can't *really* be dead if there are other people playing it, unless we're all under some kind of mass hypnosis (or is it hysteria?) that HGL is still alive & well.

Then again, it *could* be dead and I just don't know it yet. But if it is dead, then who are all those people on there? Are they dead too?! Oh no....oh NO....that means...oh GAWD, help meeee.....I SEE DEAD PEOPLE!!! AAAAAGH!

HGL is nothing but mature adults, except for the topic creator.

I have both D2 and HGL. Personally I think HGl is really fun, but only with a party of friends with mics. Other than that it kinda just sucks. D3 looks very good, it's gonna have better events and crazy cool bosses with some neatly created spells. You can infest your minions with poison and other things that way when they attack they get the bonus. That's just cool, or the wall of crazy Zombies. Overall I believe D3 is gonna beat out D2 and HGL by a long shot because it's more balanced and not everyone is going play a mage/spellcaster class like in D2. Or if your talking about HGL they aren't gooing to all be Marksman.
