There is a way to separate materials using the nano forge. Put in an item that can be upgraded, and then put a stack of materials in. The forge will sepearate the stack, leaving a small stack inside the forge window. Just drag the small stack into you inventory, and repeat as many time as you want. It's a long and tedious process for large stacks, but right now it's the only way to do it.

Since it works with the nano forge, I'm thinking it might work with crafters and blueprints as well, but I haven't tried it myself, so I'm not certain.

its not the nano forge nano forge stack all material and if u pres ''upgrade'' it only takes what it need for the uprgrade
but then i know what u mean : its whit a vendor where u can ''make'' ur items or mods (in each town is one )
