I'm not sure how strict their criteria is going to be on deciding whether a guild will be accepted or not. I guess what I got is kinda a rough draft. I'm sure it can be improved upon, or completely rewritten if necessary.
Eh what? Anyone can make a guild as long as they dump 200k paladium (I believe was the initial startup cost) that's just the guild promotional competition from the t3 forums.
I might make one but I'll do it later down the line.
