The game is not even remotely tuned for PvP yet. There will be a couple builds that will utterly dominate PvP at the moment. If you put the level cap for LLDs at 14, it might be somewhat reasonable, but any higher and you're going to be dealing with some very broken skills that will break PvP. If you do level 30 (standard lld for diablo) then it will just be silly. I've been keeping my eyes open for huge resist LL gear, but there are obviously hard level caps, and the amount of attack strength (stun) you can get with the Skill + gear + mods will be 20% or more higher then you could attain in resists.

i dont even know how to pvp in this game yet... I would put the cap at like 12 or so. I'm lvl 8 now and using that one soda machine that upgrades weapons, my cool ass sword does 70 dmg and has all these cool mods n stuff So i could imagine that capping at 12 and then 6 for Vlld would be reasonable.
shit even cap's at lvl 5 would be reasonable. When you find stuff at a low level the minimum requirements for those items just says level 2-17.
