I think the BM will be the dominant dueler of all classes but not any way near the safest mf'r.

depends what you want as to what char will be the best in your own eyes.

how shuld i put the stats each lvl, and what base attacks shuld i use on marksman ?, multi + rapid ?

yes multi+rapid fire.

stats will be like 60 prezision , base strengh , 130 will and rest into stamina ( without gear).
