Can you invite people who are offline?

Are you gonna play on US or EU servers? If US, you can join the in-game guild; D2jsp.
If EU, there's no in-game guilds affiliated with us as of yet.
But you can join the guild Hellgate:International on jsp either way! Just click the "Join us today" text in my sig, or the guild name of any HG:I member.
