Theoretically they would do the trade in person, but the moron couldn't grasp basic statements like "i just bought these when I logged on" - kept saying they needed to be unused when they obviously were. shit like that.

Mine happened within 8 hours, I sent them the request then went to sleep. By the time I got up the dismantlers were taken and my shulgoth was in the mail.
