You can definitely do this with a software caleld "sandboxie". You'll need to install Hellgate twice in different directories. Run one of them normally and run the other one sandboxed. The sandboxie website should have instructions for this.

I just tried it.

Took me 2 minutes to set it up and it works just fine.

wrong, im on win 7 64 bit and just installed it and its working fine.
