Not really, when it first closed they said "soon" which is generally a week or less.

And almost every free to play game goes from CBT to OBT in a week or less

Having a 2 day closed beta should mean that they're not looking for bugs and the OBT should of been here sooner.

I still think they're going to do the open beta once their "bug demodification" is finished.
