I'd love to play in a party after the open beta starts, whenever that shall be. Not quite sure on class, but probably not a melee, since that's what I did for cbt.

They are silly for keeping a beta that literally only got maybe 1.5 days of input since the other half of the time was them switching hardware to handle the amount of users lol :P. Wish they wouldnt wipe chars though. It should be CBT users get to keep their chars and when others join up on open beta they just make their account. Char wipe is just gunna mean every 1 starting from scratch again in the same area, which will probably crash the server again heh.

I'm going Guardian though so I'm down to party up with some people.

Probably not but i think the reasoning for not keeping the closed beta chars is that they're probably gonnna do a few hardware upgrades and aren't gonna bother keeping all that data.

Does anybody know when they plan to do the Open Beta? I hardly got to play the CBT.

It depends on how many bugs they found during the CBT. I don't think it had too many. When they fix the bugs they did find they'll launch the open beta. If there were a lot of bugs they might do another CBT.
