This is what I use now, what sort of modifications add noticeable damage, and how much damage should I be looking for. ( With Rockets, or an Automatic weapon )

I can't see your pic cuz work firewall, but assuming a hunter, the best weapons are high rate of fire Arclight Thermo Rifles. They have 6 slots max. Electric Rifles are next with a slightly lower ROF but 8 slots max.

The best weapons:

Lee's Lightlance (6 slot max unique arclight) ~ 1 mill palla on norm
Nikola's Polyphase Rifle (8 slot max electric/spectral rifle) ~ 2.5 million palla on norm
The Convulsor sniper rifle if you're a sniper build ~ very expensive if it's 8 slots

Edit: forgot Hu's obviously, machine pistol with double the usual rate of fire. The most sought-after weapon for marksman.
