is legendary like set stuff?

Nope, legendary items are like the rares in D2, they spawn with multiple mods (Affixes and Suffixes)
BTW at lvl 20 you see a lot more parties/people playing since its right in the middle of the game

in hellgate:london we have:
normal (white 0 stars)
enchanted (green *)
rare(blue **)
legendary( orange ***)
set (these items are supposed to come in later patch, therefor these dont drop yet)
unique(yellow *****)

so they are just a more specific type of rare ( or how rare it is?)


but the uniques are the same right?

legendary items have always at least 1 legendary stat and they can have more stats than rares

and yes, i guess uniques are the same as they are in d2

there are different kind of stats.

enchanted stats (stats that enchanted/rare/legendary/(set)/unique items can have) these are generaly the lowest given stats possible.
rare stats (stats that rare/legendary/(set)/unique items can have) these are average
legendary stats (stats that legendary/(set)/unique items can have) these are thought to be the "best" u can get spawning on items that arent unique(or set, u never know)
unique items have their own unique bonuses, such as high dmg bonuses (at +30% is the most dmg u can have on item that isnt unique)
