After you've re-signed up, you can use the forums with people actually in them. Also, you need to sign up on the NA side to use the test server. But make sure when you're logging in to the game itself, that you're connecting to the server you're wanting that time. Should work...

Yeah, you can use your preorder codes even (if you have them) without any problems. All it cares about is that you have a unique code per server.

Do you use Peer Guardian or any other firewall programs? Check to see if they're blocking Ping0 or anything like that... Ping0 is the name of the HGL online service.

nope its not blocking pingo ( dont even shows in list ) and its allowing hellgate .... but cant i just add a port ( like in d2 like 6112 tcp ) or smt like that?

I'm not specifically allowing any ports through my router for it... their site doesn't mention any ports to open either, though they do hint that blocked access can be a problem. Lovely of them. Anyways, not sure... my guess is that you have some internet security program on that you aren't aware of that's causing your problems... but there's really no way for me to verify either way.
