what about if you have not got the quest, does the person wth the quest actually have to speak to the person or will he spawn if say hes somewhere else in the game, like just grab a random person off the party list
a person who still has the quest needs to spawn abby, or any other boss for that matter. but you do not need to talk to the chick in the area. it is actually better to not talk to her, as then the quest never progresses, and you will not accidentally talk to the guy who finishes the quest.
