You're damn near lvl 2 by the time you get to holborn station

They probably only give you a re-spec if you've invested at least 1 skill point

i also did that, created about 15 mules, all with the gem, all level 2, all with a skill used

so it is confirmed, must be level 2 to get respec?

Damn I was going to make 22 chars last night but I forgot

I only had about 6 made, one of each class

I guess if I don't know what the fuck's going on by the time I play all 6 classes I have issues

But yay I can fix my Marksman now

I actually figured out that I love sniper stance with my high rate of fire guns. (Not that putting more points into that will help)

I have 1pt in Sniper and it's fantastic for me + dunbars with all the chance to proc i have.
