str depends on ur armor choise, Rifleman = 0 str while Quartermaster=allot str cuz of more armor, while rifleman is more glasscannons armor.
U can also chose the military wich is something in between. both in stats and needs.

Yep, that's ur basic cookie-cutter MM build. Early on, you'll love rapid fire...you'll just tear everything apart that gets in your way. Normal Shulgoth? Dead in few secs with Rapid-Fire. Rare/Leg/Epic/Named mobs? same, dead in few secs. But later on, you'll use less of it, and rather use more of multishot (awesome skill). As for str, I would try to avoid putting points into it, since later on in the game, you'll find enough equipment w/ +AA, unless of course you decide to use guns like the raptor...those require a grip of str.
so wich kind of armor do u recomend? and ur wich kind is ur MM? and could u tell me ur stats at lvl 50 plz?
