Best to farm in nightmare is occulus btw. Takes a grand total of 2 minutes per kill. No need to leave groups or relog. Only problem is it's a bit boring waiting on the respawn.
I think to respawn quickly is to do as follows.
make your prd in the set where you wish to kill.
go to town and join a party, any party.
leave the party
go back in your prd(tp).
your prd will now be located at the start of the set but I believe the whole map is now respawned.
