its a very specific item, allmoste thought I had it for a minut, but it turned out that it was a battery with % when you kill an enemy. But ill keep my eyes open for you

EDIT: LOL just saw that you doesnt need the mod anymore, nevermind my poste then, and consider it a free bump

well maybe i could need it at mom i test around so could use high % of novas or dualnovas post what u got

item lvl can be up to 47 also

this is the one I was talking about, imo it looks rather nice allthough the lvl might be too high?
and then I just came across this one while making a screenie of the mod above

this has the stat you are looking for, allthough they are both batteries, I hope you might be able to use them, if so, theres the matter of a price
