hey, i was thinking about getting this game, but i heard there is a monthly fee. Can you play it without the monthly fee? is it ok without it, or is it kinda nessesary to have the subscriber thing?

the game looks good, but theres no way im paying a monthly fee . please, just tell me what i can and cannot do without a subscriber accont, and if its even worth getting without it
