where is the best place to find eyes of the maverik on the elite?

Don't know the "best" place but me and a friend both found one off moloch in consecutive runs

the 3 class helm can only be drop from moloch

veiled threat = cabalist
crusador = templar
maverick = hunter

gotten all, and you have to be the class to get it, if u play a marksman u will only get maverick to drop
