Yeah, I've fought two at once before. Not sure how it happened, but I think it was from two people coming in at near the same time and both of them have quests. That's my guess.

i've fought multiple, all you need is questers coming in and vokers to clean up the corpses

I don't even want to know how you can play with your settings that low.

im on windows vista... its horrible with good settings

if the furuncle is dead and there arent any occulis corpses on the ground, every time a quester enters the area, furuncle will spawn and a new occulis will be under him
