Just thought I'd share my experience with killing NM Sydonai.
I logged on my lvl 50 Summoner just to shop for items in town. I didn't feel like killing at the time. Then I saw a guy asking for help in chatroom, so I offered to help with my summoner and he invited me to his party. So there was me (a Carnagor-based summoner), a marksman, and a guardian.
I think it took us about 5 hours to do the 5 Lies + Sydonai. Bedlam took the longest for us to kill, by far. He was VERY RESISTANT to fire, so we weren't able to ignite him more than once. I think it took about 45 minutes to do Bedlam. Frankly, I can say they couldn't have been able to kill Bedlam without my Carnagor, cuz the guardian wouldn't be able to tank it (he died alot) and so we had to depend on my Carnagor to tank (glad I didn't go for the Warper build, lol). I had to heal my pet incessantly using Blood Link. It was crazy lol.
I was totally useless when we were fighting Flaw, cuz Flaw kept backing up and casting those Fire Elementals around us. Oh well... we killed him in the long run - took almost longer than Bedlam.
The other 3 weren't so bad. I think Despair was the easiest one, as none of us died while fighting him, although he took about 20 minutes to kill. Piece of cake.
The funny thing is, Sydonai took only about 5-10 minutes to kill. He raped us fast, but he raped himself cuz the guardian used AoV (aura of vengeance) when Sydonai was casting those purple orbs of doom, and that did the most damage.
