ok there's my problem,

I accidently sent 150 fg instead of 15fg to a guy on ls. But he apparently is not really good at speaking english and seemed to dont understand. He was also new to Jsp and wrote in his profil that he is speaking romanian.

If someone could pm him telling the whole story, it would be greatly appreciated.
