MF runs are for constant results like soj, bk, arach etc.
because so many d2shops appeared Elitestuff become shoppable for 2 euro -.- (20hp/5@ sc) MF > GF, but bots these days makes MFing harder -> lower prices
however if u don't botting and want have a good result.
make a 950+mf blizzard sorc and run andy+mephi, maybe also dia
6ist cs, 4ist monarch, 30+mf ring ,soj or 30+mf ring, wt 50, tschako topazed, tal belt+armor topazed +amu , NO guards they got 200%gf and its not good for pure MF char -> magefist or rare gloves with MF+resists/mana, about 1-4 skillers (dunno how good u are

Summerize it = at least need 950mf+ for dropping BK or Sojs instead of nagels , the GF should be >100% (gheeds! under 100gf)
also each point in mf can be important if dropps more uniqs or sets or rares ... d2 mf dropping calculation have a bug ........ 880 mf could dropp worser as 800
