i'm not sure you'll be able to find one i was i need of that information too , but since Romania wasnt in UE we didnt had translation motors on the internet ...
maybe someone else knows something

as for what you've requested , the only thing that i think of , and might help is an online dictionary ..google wil point in the right direction

if you try google as i remember you can translate sentences but not whole documents but i guess it will help

well i browse a romanian forum about network security, but the everything ins in romanian, i will just get a dictionnary a learn a bit
