it's hard to find a public translator (altavista,googletranslator)
or even a serious translator, so i try find 1 for free ofc ...
its not perfekt but try this if u don't find another 1.

short instruction

1) the dictionary programm:

2) u need to download database for translating (dictionary itself)
the update-machine dont really work so u need to do it urself this way

choose ur language u need:
"2. National specific setup wizards."
download it and move it to ur dictionary folder

el a incercat sa ajute..si nu e primul lucru de acest gen aici..macar nu ne injura..am mai vazut 2-3 posts ale lui aici..si erau chiar "inteligente" ..si ajuta
nu cred k e pt +1 aici ... si in plus..cred ca intelege o parte din limba..doar nu poate scrie in romana
